Delivery
Place your order by 5pm Monday for Delivery Thursday (Lismore Friday*) . Alternatively you can pickup.

We do not knock! Our couriers will text you a photo of your delivery once at your door for minimal disruption. (Please ensure your delivery instructions are correct).
Our meals are delivered frozen in cardboard boxes with icepacks to support keeping them cold.
They are left at your door/ in a safe shaded area.

Delivery is anytime 7am - 6pm.
Our couriers cannot confirm an exact time they will deliver however you will receive an SMS text the morning of, with a tracking link + a text once your parcel arrives at your door.

At checkout there is a form to select whether the package is a gift + leave a note.
Please provide the gift receivers address + name.
Then I will deliver to them with your note.
Postpartum Ordering
Our Postpartum Package covers all of your breakfast, lunch, dinners & snacks for the mother to surrender during her golden month. Choose 1 - 6 weeks worth to support you anytime postpartum.

I suggest ordering between 34 - 40 weeks pregnant.
Your meals will arrive within days and you can have your freezer stocked ready to go!

Nope! Your meals arrive within days of ordering to have your freezer stocked. This is still the perfect time to prepare!
Even if you are 2+ weeks postpartum it is never too late to ask for support! I am here to help.

Yes, I will cook you 2-6 weeks worth of nourishment for you to stock the freezer and have on hand to use at any moment.
Alternatively, if you do not have the freezer space please email/dm me for options.

All of our meals are snap frozen upon making to ensure you receive the best quality - don’t worry we’ve tested all the recipes & it doesn’t effect flavour!
If you prefer fresh, we do offer a fresh package available for delivery/pickup on Wednesdays only.

We only use and source gluten-free ingredients.
Our kitchen is not a "certified" gluten-free kitchen so we cannot make the claim ‘certified’ gluten-free

Yes, we currently use specific types of dairy to support the gut microbiome + limit lactose.
Our only dairy Products: Grass-fed Ghee, Sheep’s Yoghurt, Sheep’s Pecorino Cheese, Goats Cheese.

If you have any allergies, please reach out to discuss which recipes will be best suited for you.
We do not customise recipes however we can exclude certain recipes from your package.
*many of our items are prepared in facilities that process wheat, soy, peanuts, dairy, and tree nuts. Whilst we take absolute care to prevent cross-contamination, if you have an extreme allergy please note that cross-contamination is still a possibility with our food.

My passion is to focus on what I truly believe in. To us, meat is medicine. It's the most nutrient dense food on the planet and helps speed recovery, improve energy, and balance hormones.
To ensure we align with our ethical values we only source local grass-fed, pasture raised, & organic meat/poultry from farms that mimic the natural environment.

I totally get it, organ meat is not something you crave to taste.
However, organs are the most nutrient dense food on the planet. They contain enormous levels of bioavailable vitamins, minerals and protein that promote healing, so we do our best to include as much organ as possible without sacrificing taste.
Every single ingredient is Organic, Grass-Fed, Pasture Raised. The meals are a combination of Ancestral, Ayurvedic, & Gut Focused.
Storage
Our meals/toppings are served in Natural Rectangular Paper Containers that are sustainably sourced and made from FSC™ certified paper board. The bone broth is served in 1L glass jars.

It is best to consume your meals within 3 months of freezing for the best nutrition and taste.

It is best to consume your meals within 5-7 days.
The old-fashioned smell-test works great if it's been a week or so. Trust your gut and use your best judgement.

Our Rectangular meal packages are stackable & slide in side-by-side to maximise space.
For a standard stand alone tall freezer. You can fit 8 boxes in 1 freezer draw. (That’s 24 serves!).
Alternatively, please email/dm me a photo of your freezer space and I can let you know options.
Reheating
Our meals are cooked with an evaporation method to evaporate the water/condensation in the meals leaving a condensed meal.

Oven: Remove meal from packaging and place into a glass/ceramic baking dish. Add a dash of liquid (about ¼ cup per serve) and stir. Place in the oven for 20 minutes on 180 degrees.
Pan: Remove meal from packaging and place into a medium size pot. Add a dash of liquid (about ¼ cup per serve) and stir on medium heat for 5 -8 minutes.
Microwave: Yes technically you can use a microwave however I highly advise you stick to the pan/oven and save the microwave for the heat packs instead.

Our meals are cooked with 80% protein + fats meaning your meal will be high in healing gelatine. Gelatine acts like a jelly and will thicken up when cooled.
Simply reheat (adding liquid) to create a smooth sauce or delicious soup!

I care deeply for our community and feel it is important that all our customers know we are open ears to help with any faults.
As of today (March 2025) we've never had any complaints/ had to replace or refund a meal.
If you're not happy, please tell us, and we can either replace with a new package or offer a refund.
