Warm: Remove 1 brownie from packaging and place onto a baking dish. Place in the oven for 5 minutes on 180 degrees.

Cold: Remove meal from packaging and place straight into mouth… trust me it taste like chocolate cheesecake

Frozen: It is best to consume your meals within 3 months of freezing for the best nutrition and taste.

Thawed: It is best to consume your meals within 5-7 days.
