From Thawed
Oven: Remove meal from packaging and place into a glass/ceramic baking dish. Add 1 cup liquid per box (about 1/3 cup per serve) and stir. Place in the oven for 20 minutes on 180 degrees.
Pan: Remove meal from packaging and place into a medium size pot. Add 1 cup liquid per box (about 1/3 cup per serve) and stir on medium heat for 5 -8 minutes.
From Frozen
Oven: Remove meal from packaging and place into a glass/ceramic baking dish. Add 1 cup liquid per box. Place in the oven at 130 for 45 minutes - to thaw. Then raise the temperature to 180C for another 30 minutes.

Thawed: It is best to consume your meals within 5-7 days.
